clean rooms and convenient location
clean room friendly staff favorite pillows perfect location
the room was very clean, and the staff was friendly . i found my favorite pillows there, i always have a hard time sleeping on vacation because i like a specific pillow. these ones hit. the hotel has many top amenities, i found restaurants, bars, shows, a pool, cafes, and the casino. the location is also perfect, it has a monorail stop right at the back of the hotel.
the parking policy seemed misleading, it was annoying to understand how the deposit works across different caesars properties.

the valley tower beautiful room included one king bed and was non-smoking. the room setup also included a vanity area, i liked it. the space felt very clean and well-kept.

The location had easy access to other hotels and attractions. i found it easy to get around from this central area. I liked it a lot. the hotel is near many sites, including top attractions.

multiple restaurants were located within the hotel premises. a few cafes and bars were also available. the hotel had very rich food options, so you can find almost everything you need.

The hotel features a pool and a casino. various shows are also available on the premises. it is a very entertaining hotel. You won't be bored at all.

a decent stay

The hotel is in a great location on the strip. it is close to shopping. There is a tram attached! also, it's close to other unique venues. the check-in was easy at the kiosk.
i have travelled a lot but have never been to a hotel where there were no tea-making facilities, no complimentary tea, coffee, or sugar. there was no small fridge. my room on the 15th floor valley tower stank of cigarette smoke. housekeeping offered to come and spray room freshener.

the check-in process was quick and easy. i appreciated the friendly staff i encountered. the piano bar downstairs offered diverse food options.

dirty shower broken shower head
i was really bummed about the room i got. it was a disabled room on a low floor, so the view was just of the hotel's service areas. the shower wasn't cleaned well with hair and dirt. also, the shower head didn't work right both nights i stayed. i would not stay here again.

dirty floor sticky floor
the room wasn't very clean. i saw hair everywhere and some food on the armchair. under the beds there were old packages from previous guests, that was really disgusting. also, the floor was sticky. i think, they should pay more attention to cleaning.
